Danny Chow
Danny has over 20 years of industry experience in private market investments globally, having held significant positions at sovereign wealth fund, pension fund and global asset management firms in executing and managing circa US$3 billion of equity across real estate, infrastructure, private equity, and private credit. Recently, he served as the Head of Alternative Investments Specialist for APAC (excluding Japan) at Deutsche Bank's DWS and S64 Capital in Hong Kong, spearheading alternative projects and strategic partnerships in the APAC region. Previously, he served in Canadian pension CDPQ’s Ivanhoe Cambridge and sovereign wealth fund China Investment Corporation responsible for APAC and Global alternative investments and asset management. Danny holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney in Finance and Accounting, and is a Australia certified practicing accountant.
Irving Ye
Irving Ye has over 15 years of extensive experience spanning accounting, finance, education, and sustainability sectors. He has held significant positions in renowned companies and founded successful ventures, managing and executing projects worth millions of dollars across various industries.
Currently, Irving serves as the co-founder and director of GreenLink Intelligence Inc, focusing on Green Private Equity, Digital Carbon Management, and Carbon Emission Consultation. Simultaneously, he is the CEO of A2 Education, Taiwan's leading company in overseas study preparation, known for its innovative "response-style critical thinking method" and commanding a 90% market share in GMAT, GRE, and TOEFL preparation in Taiwan.
Previously, Irving held the role of Assistant Manager at DELOITTE & TOUCHE, Taipei, where he was responsible for significant merging projects and strategic tax planning for multinational corporations. He holds an Accounting degree from National Cheng Kung University, is a registered CPA in Taiwan, and a certified PAS Net-Zero Carbon Planning Manager.
Richard Lu
Mr. Lu Pao-Kang is currently the co-founder and director of GreenLink Intelligence Inc. He has over 15 years of diverse industry experience spanning financial investment, technological innovation, renewable energy, and corporate strategy.
Concurrently, Mr. Lu serves as the founder and executive director of the Idrich Group, leading the company's operations across multiple sectors. The group's business scope includes primary and secondary market investments, cultural and creative industries, online payment services, renewable energy development, and financial public relations. Under his leadership, the group has achieved significant results in emerging fields such as green electricity and carbon credit trading.
Mr. Lu's investment activities span globally, covering securities, futures, and options markets in Taiwan, the United States, and Hong Kong, as well as global commodity futures trading. He has extensive experience in IPO and Pre-IPO fields, successfully assisting numerous companies in completing their listing preparations and financing.
Mr. Lu holds a master's degree in Financial and Economic Law from National Chung Cheng University
Eward Wang
Mr. Edward Wang currently serves as a Senior Investment Advisor at GreenLink Intelligence Inc. He possesses over 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in primary market investments and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Wang has held significant positions at several leading financial institutions, including HSBC's Investment Banking Division in Hong Kong, Barclays Capital, Bank of China Headquarters, and Anbang Insurance Group. His expertise spans cross-border investments, insurance, banking, and asset management.
Presently, Mr. Wang provides consultation to numerous multinational corporations on global investment strategies and M&A transactions. He has successfully completed deals worth billions of dollars across various industries, boasting an outstanding track record.Mr. Wang's profound understanding of international financial markets, combined with his extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic development, makes him a valuable asset in navigating the complex global financial landscape and regulatory environments.He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford.
Stanley Huang
Mr. Stanley Huang is currently a Senior Sustainability Advisor at Green Flux Intelligence Co., Ltd., with over 15 years of practical experience in net-zero carbon management and sustainable development. His areas of expertise include GHG inventory, carbon footprinting, carbon neutrality, and energy and environmental management. He has extensive experience in environmental education, policy implementation, and ESG strategy execution, and holds multiple domestic and international certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, iPAS Net-Zero Planner, and TAISE Sustainability and Net-Zero Manager. He is also a certified environmental educator and licensed Class B Waste Management Technician. Trained by leading institutions including BSI and TCX, Mr. Huang specializes in providing end-to-end sustainability advisory services, supporting clients through strategic planning and on-the-ground implementation to meet net-zero and ESG goals. He holds a Master’s degree from the Graduate Institute of Life Sciences at National Taiwan Normal University, combining academic knowledge with hands-on expertise.
Sean Huang
Mr. Sean Huang is a Carbon Management Consultant at Green Flux Intelligence Co., Ltd., specializing in carbon accounting and sustainability advisory services. He holds multiple international lead verifier qualifications, including ISO 14064-1/2 for GHG inventory, ISO 14067 for product carbon footprint, and ISO 14068-1 for carbon neutrality, with certifications from BSI, TCX, and other global institutions. Mr. Huang is experienced in providing guidance on carbon inventories, footprint calculations, and carbon offset applications, helping enterprises and public agencies build comprehensive and effective carbon management systems. He previously worked in the cargo division of China Airlines, gaining practical expertise in international logistics and operations. In addition, he has been actively involved in environmental education and public exhibitions, including the organization of insect expos, effectively integrating sustainability principles into community engagement initiatives. Mr. Huang holds a degree in Economics from National Taipei University.
